Ich vermiete eine Wohnung für 1 Person für August und September 2022. Es ist in einem Wohnheim, etwa 40 m^2 mit einem Esszimmer, ein Schlafzimmer und eine eigene Küche und Bad. Es ist 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt mit den Straßenbahnen 61 und 62. Und ganz in der Nähe gibt es einen großen Lidl. Die Miete beträgt 400 Euro pro Monat.

I am renting an apartment for 1 person for August and September 2022. It's in a dormitory, approximately 40 m^2 with a dining room, a bedroom, and its own kitchen and bathroom.
