International Students who search acommodation for only less than 6 months please take notice of the following:

the here announced rental fees will then increase because of  

1. additional taxes for short time rental (direct condition from the secretary of finance: shorter than a minimum of 6 months), and
2. different monthly calculations for ancillary costs like heating and hot water.

The here shown rents are therefore calculated on the base of a minimum of 6 months rental time.

If you want to rent only for 3 or 4 months then the rent will increase with a rate of 15-20 % because of tax reasons and other factors.
For example:
instead of 300 € for more than 6 months rental you must pay approx 360 - if you only rent for 3 months.

And you have then to pay in advance for the whole rental period.


Diese kompakte aber gut aufgeteilte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung wurde in 2016 und 2017 umgebaut und saniert.
Alle alten Fussbodenbelege in der Wohnung wurden ausgetauscht gegen Feinsteinzeug-Fliesen, 30x60.
Die komplette Wohnung wurde neu tapeziert und gestrichen.

Das Bad wurde von Grund auf neu konzipiert und dabei auch vergrößert :
- Eine grössere Duschwanne 90x70 wurde neu eingebaut
- Eine Doppeldusch-Säule mit Regenduschkopf ist neu installiert worden (Aluminium, nur wenig Kunststoff)
- das WC ist neu installiert worden

Das kombinierte Wohn-Schlafzimmer hat einen quadratischen Zuschnitt von ca. 3,6 x 3,6 m.
Die Wohnung ist durch die geringe Grösse nicht geeignet für eine grosse Party, aber durch die smarte Möbel-Planung macht das Wohnen trotzdem auch Spaß (Platz für Besuch ist da).

Eine Schreibtisch-Regalkombination lässt genug Möglichkeiten.
Ein kleiner Bartisch mit 2 Barhockern ist vorhanden.

Im (mit einer Tür abgetrennten) Flur gibt es einen großen deckenhohen Einbauschrank (1,20 x 0,60 x 2,50, er ist 2-türig mit separatem Oberfach).

Die Mini-Einbauküche mit Granit-Arbeitsplatte wurde maßgeschneidert und neu eingebaut.
