I am a Master’s student at BTU Cottbus currently pursuing the M.Sc. Urban Design RHCD dual degree program.
I am in Cottbus for my final semester Master Thesis at BTU and require accommodation (furnished 1bhk apartment) for the same from the 1st of January 2025 (01.01.2025).
I will be the single tenant. I neither drink nor smoke.
I will surely maintain the property neat and clean, and will make the rent payments on time.

I prefer a neat, clean and quiet atmosphere and am looking for accomodation that is close and accessible from the BTU main campus.
Anmeldung is needed and has to be possible.
