ich habe bis Anfang Mai in Diepholz studiert und Ende Juni läuft mein Mietvertrag aus.
Da ich jetzt schon nicht mehr in Diepholz bin, steht die Wohnung ab sofort zur Verfügung. Ich ziehe zurück in mein Elternhaus, bin daher nicht auf die Möbel weiter angewiesen und möchte diese gerne dem nächsten Mieter weitergeben.
Dabei handelt es sich um folgende Möbel:
1 x Schlafsofa (Neupreis ca. 300 €)
1 x Bürostuhl höhenverstellbar (Neupreis ca. 40 €)
1 x Schreibtisch
1 x Kleiderschrank
1 x Bücherregal
1 x Schrank für Speisen/Getränke
1 x Küchentisch (Neupreis ca. 30 €)
1 x Beistelltisch/Fernsehtisch (Neupreis ca. 6 €)
1 x Beistelltisch/Nachttisch (ca. 15 €)
3 x Klappstuhl (Neupreis ca. 30 €)
2 x Deckenlampe (Neupreis ca. 8 €)
1 x Wandlampe Küche (ca. 10 €)
2 x Plissee für die beiden Fenster (Neupreis ca. 30 €)
ich wäre bereit die Möbel für 200 € an den Nachmieter zu übergeben. Ich denke das ist ein fairer Preis.

An Nebenkosten habe ich ca. 40€ im Monat bezahlt.
