Looking for a room in Dresden from March to August 2025

My name is Sungwook Ye, and I am a Ph.D. student from South Korea. From February 28, 2025, to August 31, 2025, I will be working as a visiting researcher at TU Dresden. This will be my first time visiting Germany, and I learned about the WG website through Korean students studying in Germany.

I came across your listing and am very interested in your room. I would like to kindly ask the following questions:
- Is it possible to register for Anmeldung at this address?
- What is the monthly rent (Warmmiete), and are there any additional costs (Nebenkosten)?
- Are there any specific house rules I should be aware of (e.g., smoking, pets, etc.)?

I will arrive in Dresden on February 28 and can move into the room on that date. Please let me know if the room is still available and if we could arrange a viewing (either virtual or in person).
