Mein Name ist Juliana. Ich bin Brasilianerin und werde nun nach einem Jahr in Frankfurt nach Berlin ziehen. Deshalb steht meine schöne 1-Zimmer Whg. in Hausen in der Gießfeldstraße ab 1. Oktober frei.
Sie ist 42 m² groß, im 4. Stock. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.
595 € inkl. Wasser, Strom wird extra berechnet.
Es gibt einen großen Raum mit hoher Decke und großflächigen Fenstern, die die Wohnung sehr hell machen. Eine schöne, möblierte Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine, Herd mit Ofen und Kühlschrank) und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Der Boden ist Laminat außer im Bad.
Ich übergebe die Wohnung ohne Möbel, möchte aber einige meiner Sachen je nach Interesse verkaufen (z.B. ein neues Bett-Sofa)
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Grosse Nelkenstrasse. Man ist in 10 min. an der Hauptwache.
In direkter Nähe gibt es einen Rewe und Aldi, wie auch einen Schlecker.
In dem Gebäude steht für die Mieter eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung.

It's 42 m² in the top, in the 4th floor, and there's a lift!
595 euros with water included. Electricity is apart.
It’s 1 big room with big windows, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom with tub.
The floor is Laminate, beautiful and easy to clean.
Available from October.
- Localization: It’s in Hausen, very nice green area. And it’s in front of the U7 subway-station Grosse Nelkestrasse. If you take this one, in 10 minutes, you're in downtown (Alte Oper or Hauptwache).
- There's 2 big supermakets almost in the same street: Rewe, Aldi, and a Schlecker store. There is also a very nice and cheap gym close as well: fitforthecity.com.
For good food and nice music: BrotFabrik: brotfabrik.info.
- Included in the apartment: Freezer (refrigerator), Dishwasher, and Oven.
There's a washing machine in the building for all the residents.
Without furniture, I could sell some stuff, like my bed-sofa.
