Nice one bedroom apartment in Riedberg super close to U8/9

Das Apartement befindet sich am Campus Riedberg, zur Uni selbst kommst du in unter einer Minute. Zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle (ab dort sind es 15min zum Campus Westend, 20min zur Hauptwache) brauchst du 5min zu Fuß. Dort sind auch ein Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, DM, Kioske, Bäcker und was man sonst noch so gebrauchen könnte.

Die Wohnung beziehst du alleine, die nützlichen Sachen bleiben drin. Heißt Pfannen, Staubsauger, Wäschekorb, Möbel usw. bleiben drin. Die Fächer, den Kleiderschrank und die Kleiderstange habe ich leer gemacht, damit du auch etwas Platz hast. Das WLAN ist hier sehr gut.

Im gemeinsamen Keller findest du eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner den du kostenlos nutzen kannst.

Die Kaution beträgt 700€. Die Kaution musst du überweisen da ich selbst bereits im Erasmus bin. Ohne Kaution wird die Wohnung nicht übergeben. Im Anschluss wirst du die Kaution entweder in den Tagen nach der Schlüsselübergabe oder direkt bei der Schlüsselübergabe genauso zurückbekommen.

The apartment is on the Riedberg campus, and you can get to the university itself in less than a minute. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the subway station (from there it is 15 minutes to the Westend campus, 20 minutes to the Hauptwache). There is also a Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, DM, kiosks, bakery and whatever else you might need.

You will be moving into the apartment on your own, and the useful things will stay inside. That means pans, vacuum cleaner, laundry basket, furniture, etc. will stay inside. I have emptied the shelves, wardrobe and clothes rail so that you have some space. The WiFi is very good here.

In the shared basement you will find a washing machine and dryer that you can use for free.

The deposit is €700. You have to transfer the deposit because I am already on Erasmus. The apartment will not be handed over without a deposit. You will then get the deposit back either in the days after the keys are handed over or directly when the keys are handed over.
