Single room | Shared Bathroom & Kitchen

The room spans 15 square meters on the ground floor and comes fully furnished for your use during my absence. You'll receive keys to the room, building, and kitchen drawers. Feel free to utilize everything in the room without taking anything with you. Shared facilities include a kitchen and two bathrooms on the floor; you can choose either bathroom. The washing machine is in the basement, and I'll provide instructions for its use. Cleaning duties in the kitchen will be taken care of before my departure, so you won't have to clean during your stay. Bathrooms and toilets are cleaned weekly by a professional service. Convenient access to U7, U6, and tram 14 from Zoo station awaits you. There is also the option to take the U4 from Merianplatz. The is a penny grocery store tha is 5 mins away from the room. You have helpful neighbours on the floor.
