The bedroom has been fully renovated just two years ago. Most of the furniture is new as well. The apartment itself has very good thermic and acoustic isolation.
The apartment lies just at Ostendstraße S-Bahn station, which all S-Bahn lines bar one traverse. The main shopping street, which is widely considered the centre of Frankfurt, is 10 minutes away on foot, while the Main river is even closer. There are multiple parks in the vicinity and a Penny supermarket just around the corner.
I am a very extroverted and open person, but I fully respect others' privacy and preference for distance, if present. After the first payment, I am open to negotiating the timing of rent payments in case of liquidity constraints, provided I am supplied with sufficient insurance against abuse.
