The apartment is located:

5 minutes walk to the tram stop
8 minutes walk from the main train station
5 minutes walk to the Edeka supermarket
5 minutes walk to the food market
15 minutes walk to the city center

It is quiet, bright, simply furnished, and has a balcony.

The living area is equipped with a bed (140×200), a small wardrobe, a coat rack, and a dining area (small table and two chairs).

The fully equipped kitchenette (pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, kettle, etc.) is somewhat separated by the hallway.

The bathroom has a shower.

Cinema, theater, the Freiburg concert hall, and various pubs are also within walking distance.

Internet is provided.

A few things to note:

- There is no oven, no dishwasher, no microwave, and no coffee maker.
- The washing machine is available for shared use in the basement and costs €3 per load (a drying rack is available in the apartment).
- The windows are equipped with manual shutters (no curtains).
- There is no separate desk (the university library is a 15-minute walk away; when I need to study or work at home, I use the small dining table).
