Minimal cutlery and kitchenware are also provided. The washing machine and drying space are conveniently located on the same floor as the room. There’s also space to park your bicycle. This studio is ideal for a student looking for a comfortable, furnished space in a quiet residential area.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area with a small park nearby. A bus stop is 400m away with buses to U-Bahn every 3–5 minutes during peak hours. Garching Hochbrück U-Bahn (U6) is 1.7 km away (4 minutes by bus). TUM Garching Campus is accessible via Bus X201 (12 minutes) or hybrid Bus + U-Bahn (16/18 minutes), and LMU is 24 minutes by hybrid mode. Aldi supermarket is just 450m away.
You’ll share the room with a master's student at TUM (Indian origin). Cooking is usually done separately, but schedules rarely clash and there are 2 hotplates available for cooking simultaneously. Cleaning is done on a rotating basis every two weeks. A male student, preferably English-speaking, is preferred for this peaceful flatshare.
