Die Wohnung liegt gegenüber vom Bahnhof - top Verkehrsverbindung!!
Die Nebenkosten betragen 110€, insgesamt kommt man also auf 405€.
Darin ist auch ein Stellplatz und ein Kellerraum enthalten.
Kaution beträgt 885€, keine Courtage!!
