Looking for single_apartment / Einzelapartment

I need a single room flat from Jan 2025, currently i'm staying in Kurt-schumacher straße 8 in an sublet and my contract is getting over in jan 2025.

It will of great interest if there is a bus communication readily available near the property. If it is near to the Uni, that would be great. As i am currently studying and hence you can expect minimum interaction from me, due to my busy schedule. I'm usually funny and social kind of person, who loves cooking together, going on run and travelling places. I also love music and trekking in the woods.

I am a master student in RPTU. I don't smoke and love peaceful environment.

i would love to have furnished house and am eager to pay extra if needed for the items and i'm sure i would aswell return before i leave. I am planning to stay for atleast 2 years.
