The students home with 10 flats is complete renovated. The house has 3 levels plus basement. At each level is one new bathroom with shower and washbasin. The bathroom needs to be shared with 3 other tenants / students. At ground and first level is second toilet separated. At the roof (2 flats at this level) the bathroom has all in one including bathtube. At the basement is the washing room located with dry room and one department for common stuff. The garage is used for safety parking of your bikes. At the propertie are parking area for cars.
Each room has it´s own single bed, cabinet, writing desk, desk chair, single kitchen, fridge, kitchen desk with 2 chairs. The rooms are painted white. The floor is covered by wooden laminate or parkette. All rooms has Wi-Fi. Each resident has his own letter box and bell.

The students home is located at Laurenzstraße 2 in D-47533 Kleve. District Kellen. The bus station is 100 meter far away in fornt of the neighbour´s house. By bike you drive app. 5 minutes to the university same time by bus. All shopping malls are nearby (5 min by feed). The distance to the train station is 2.5 kilometres as well as to the centre of Kleve with all culture offers.

The basic rent is 260,- The additional cost of € 50, - which are across board costs, consist of: heating costs, electricity, costs of cold and hot water, all municipality costs, insurance costs, facility manager and internet costs.
Cleaning costs for common rooms are not included and needs to be paid so far the residents are not able to clean those rooms by themselves.
Cost for GEZ (TV costs for publicly free transmitter) needs to be paid by tenant.
