The apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building with a very nice and quiet tenant community and access to the garden with barbecue facilities.
There are numerous parking spaces in the traffic-calmed street in front of the house. Bike rental possible.
Zentrale Lage mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Netto, Rossmann, Bäcker etc. und netten Restaurants, Kneipen und Bars (zB. Toré, Café Vreiheit, Café Jakubowski). Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen in 5 Gehminuten, Wiener Platz und Keupstraße fußläufig in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Messe/Deutz ist mit Bus oder Bahn in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar. Es bestehen gute Verbindungen zur Innenstadt (Straßenbahn 4, 14). Die Rheinpromenade eignet sich sehr gut zum Spazieren und ist etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung gelegen.

There are good connections to the city center (tram 4, 14). The Rhine promenade is ideal for strolls along the river and is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
