Subletting my cosy apartment for februrary because I am travelling, with a possibility of extension for 3 months, fully furnished and very well located, all the supermarkets, public transport, restaurants, bars, clubs are 2 mintues walk away. The studio has a really big room, a big kitchen and a big bathroom and a beautiful Garden. You can see everything in the pictures.

It is well located in the Nippes area, 2 min walk from Florastr. tram stop of 12 and 15
Literally ,the whole market is a 5 minute walk.
LAlmost all the supermarkets are a 5-minute walk. There are also a lot of nice restaurants, beer gardens, pubs, and cafes around, some of which are open until 4 a.m
There are shops to buy almost everything, Neusser Str. is one of the main commercial areas in Köln.
