-Balkon mit Gartentisch und -stuhl
-PKW-Stellplatz ohne Überdachung
-Fahrrad-Stellplatz mit Überdachung
-Camping-Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung beinhaltet keine normale Waschmaschine und kein Gefrierfach!
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und grünen Lage von Loga in Leer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Zum Stadtzentrum von Leer sind es ca. 4 km.
Wir suchen einen ruhigen Mieter, da im Erdgeschoss eine Seniorin lebt. Haustiere und Rauchen in der Wohnung sind nicht gestattet.
Zusätzlich zur Miete in Höhe von 300 Euro ist je nach Verbrauch der Strom zu zahlen. WLAN ist inklusive.
