The flat is located in the beautiful quarter Lindenau. It lays in a quite side street, in a five-story building very close to the Felsenkeller, a well known event location in Leipzig.

It is just a couple of minutes to walk to find a lot of stores, cafes, bars and restaurant in the Zschochersche Straße as well as Karl-Heine-Straße. The next Supermarket (REWE) is only 3min walking distance away.

If you like to go running you´ll be amazed by the nearby Palmengarten which stretches further into the North west as well as the south east of Leipzig. Within approx. 20-30 min you reach the City Center, the main Train Station, as well as the University campuses of Leipzig by public transport.

The television (48 zoll) is wifi-able.

Electricity and WiFi contracts is to be organized by yourself.

The wash-dryer (Bauknecht) as well as the television (Samsung) are high quality devices. However, if they might get damaged it´s your obligation to repair or replace them.
