Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für die Zeit, in der ich im Ausland bin.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Zimmer mit großem Bett, Schreibtisch und allem, was man halt so braucht sowie gut ausgestatteter Küche (Mikrowelle, Herd, Cerankochfeld, Toaster, Küchengeräte etc), Bad mit Duschbadewanne und einer Abstellkammer.
Die Fenster gehen nach Osten, so dass die Wohnung schön hell ist.
Gut sanierter Altbau, heißt: schöner Stuck an der hohen Decke, geräumig geschnittenes Zimmer, und durch die Zentralheizung wunderbar warm.
Zur Wohnung gehört ein Keller, sowie Zugang zum Hinterhof mit Wäschespinne und ausreichend Platz, die Fahrräder abzustellen. (Du kannst meins benutzen, das ist sowieso die beste Art, sich in Leipzig zu bewegen).
I'm renting out my appartment while I am going abroad.
The appartment has one room with a queen size bed, a desk and everything else you need. A seperate kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster etc; bathroom with shower and bathtub combined and a boxroom.
Windows face to the east so the room is bright.
In the backyard there is plenty of space to dry your laundry and park a bike. (You can use mine, that's the best way to move around in Leipzig)
Ruhig in der Südvorstadt gelegen, östlich von der Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Dorthin läuft man nur 5 Minuten, zur nächsten Bus/Straßenbahnhaltestelle sogar nur 3. Auch die S-Bahn ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc sind alle im Umkreis von 10 min Fußweg vorhanden. Zur Uniklinik sind es auch nur 10min. Wer Sport machen will, kann sich zwischen Friedenspark und dem endlosen Clara-Park/Auwald/Elsterbecken-Gebiet entscheiden.
Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da in einer Seitenstraße gelegen.
My place is situated in the Südvorstadt of Leipzig - it is very close to the city center, to Karl Liebknecht Straße with all its bars, shops and restaurants and to 2 parks. Grocery shopping is nearby. 3 min for getting to the bus / tram stop.
Although it's centrally situated, the appartment is very quiet as it is located in a small street.
Internet, Telefon und alle Nebenkosten sind im Preis enthalten.
Mindestmietdauer sind 4 Wochen.
Zu mir: ich bin 27 Jahre alt und habe gerade mein Medizinstudium abgeschlossen. Vor dem Berufsstart geht es noch einmal längere Zeit auf Reisen, in der Zeit möchte ich meine untervermieten.
