I will be starting a new job as Sales Director for a major 5* Hotel in Lisboa in the next few weeks, and would be interested in renting your appartment on long-term. I'm 44 years old, single, non-smoker, no animals, and will be a very calm tennant, as I am on business trips often. I'm German national, and will pay rent/caution all in advance.
Flat should be downtown/center location, for example Amadora/Jardim Zoologico, or close by, in walking distance to metro station, and all regular points of interest, esp. supermarket. If airport area, or close by, not in the most affected in-flight zone with much airplane noise.
Further data to the desired flat:
- Size: ca 50 sqm to 90 sqm. 1x Dormitory, 1x Kitchen, 1x Living-Room, all rooms shall be very light, please.
- Calm location, from 2. floor onwards, no groundfloor (T0/T-1), no major traffic street with all day loud traffic.
- Nice views appreciated, esp. sea-view.
- Renovated/in good condition, OR with MINOR defects (painting 1 room or similar is ok for me, but NO major works).
- Kitchen equipped (oven/stove, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine) preferred.
- Aircon preferred.
- Newer double-glazed windows preferred, esp. if closer by Airport.
- Loft-style flats in higher/top floors with balconies/terraces are highly preferred.
- Contract should be "unlimited", not for a few months, please.
- Rentable/dedicated parking space preferred.
- (The flat can be FULLY equipped, so with bed, table etc, or NOT, I will decide on this upon availability/current set-up of your flat).
