I am looking for a replacement tenant for my En-Suite Room to take it for the time period between 18 June 2022 and 03 September 2022. The rent costs 305£ per week.
The En-Suite Room has its own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet in addition to the sleeping area and a large work desk. The kitchen is shared with some other very pleasant and nice people. The tenant also has access to common areas with study spaces, ping pong tables, cinema area with AppleTV and a large terrace overlooking the Thames.
Another highlight is that the tenant has access to the gym area, swimming pool and a sauna. These are located in the building and are very modern and clean.
Unlike the second picture, the room does not look at the Thames but has a fancy view of the city with its skyscrapers.
Only students are allowed.
The en-suite room is located in the very modern student residence Urbanest Westminster Bridge.
The building is on the south side of Westminster Bridge and thus very close to the London Eye, Big Ben, the British Parliament and the tube stations Waterloo and Westminster.
