I'm looking for a 1-room apartment or studio

My name is Alexandra I'm 20 years old and I will start studying at Maastricht University as of September 1st and therefore am searching for an apartment to rent, preferebly at the beginning of August. I'm looking for a 1-room apartment or studio with a private bathroom (and possibly also a private kitchen).

My budget is at around 450-600 EUR (incl. heating costs)/month.
A bit about me:
I'm easygoing a, but also very responsible and respectful of others. PM me if you have/know someone who rents an apartment.

An apartment on the ground floor or an the floor would be ideal with around 50 m2 (+ -) with an existing fitted kitchen, which I can take over as a tenant (it's no problem for a fee - (but I'm grateful for a not too high price.).
A balcony, terrace or a Garden sharing is not necessary, but would be a nice extra. Offers for an object in the attic floor are also welcome.

- A basement use or a storage room would be perfect.

About me as a potential tenant:
I am calm, orderly and considerate.
I would move into the apartment as an individual, I am a non-smoker and do not have any pets or negative Schufa (solicitar ahora) entries.

I am happy about every serious offer that is sent to me, as well as about an invitation to a short tour of the respective apartment.
