Three bright bedrooms, comfortable sitting-room with a digital high definition TV set, kitchen (brand new appliances, electric induction cooker), natural gas heating, a new bathroom. DSL/WI-FI. . Large room (11 m2) wih individual key, a bed, an individual digital high definition TV set, wardrobe, mirror, a shelf, 2 chairs and a desk.
We are looking for reliable, clean and tidy people. No smokers. No pets. Excellent communication. 15 minutes from city centre (Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor). Tube station: Nueva Numancia or Portazgo (3’ away line 1) . Buses:10, 24, 54, 58, 103, N10 y N11. Madrid’s coach terminal “Estación Sur” 8 minutes away. Atocha railway station is four stops away Free parking area.
Reinforced entrance door. Telephone (local and national calls included).€350 rent monthly if you stay1 semester or €325 if you stay the whole course. Lots of shops: a shopping centre, different supermarkets. Several parks to do sport. Various gyms. Plenty of bars in the area. Cheaper area than the city centre.
Excellent transport connections. Three minutes away from two undeground stations- Nueva Numancia and Portazgo (line 1). Several buses o the city centre. Central coach terminal to travel around Spain (Estación Sur de Autobuses) and Atocha railway station (to pick the different rains operating in Spain) 15 minutes from the flat.
Individual key to the room. Everythng you need in the flat (iron, hanger, and all the necessary elecrical appliances). Since I have just retired I can be contacted easily by e-mail, telephone or whatsapp. The police station is next to the flat and Rayo Vallecano football stadium can be seen from the flat. This team is in La Liga with Real Madrid, Barcelona or Atletico de Madrid among others
