Die Miete beträgt 399 € im Monat und ist bis auf die Waschmaschinen komplett (1,80 € für Waschen, 0,80 € für Trocknen). Möglicherweise ist das Zimmer ab dem 30. September für das kommende Wintersemester verfügbar, für eine Anmietung nach dem 30.09.2023 ist jedoch eine gesonderte Bewerbung im Wohnheimportal erforderlich. Dieses Wohnheim hat eine lange Warteliste, daher ist dies eine ausgezeichnete Gelegenheit, sich für diesen Zeitraum einen Platz zu sichern.

A single apartment in Dormitory Kisselberg Building 4. The room is in the same building as the laundromat and the dormitory bar. It is also very close to the bus or tram stations and JGU is within walking distance. The rent is €399 a month and is all-inclusive except for the laundry machines (€1.80 for washing, €0.80 for drying). The room might be available after September 30th for the upcoming winter semester, however, you will need to apply separately from the dormitory portal to apply for renting after 30.09.2023.
This dormitory has a long waitlist, so this is an excellent opportunity to secure a place for this period.

Das Wohnheim liegt 5 Gehminuten von den Bushaltestellen in der Koblenzer Straße entfernt. und 7-8 Gehminuten von den Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestellen an der Saarstraße entfernt. Zum JGU-Campus sind es fußläufig 15 Minuten, in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es mit Bus oder Straßenbahn nur 10 Minuten.

The dormitory is a 5-minute walk to the bus stops on Koblenzer Str. and a 7-8 minute walk to the bus & tram stops on Saarstrasse. It is a 15-minute walk to the JGU campus, and the city center and the central station are only 10 minutes by bus or tram.
Ich bin 7 Tage die Woche für Sie erreichbar. E-Mail und/oder Telefonanrufe werden bevorzugt. Die Wohnung ist ab dem 21.08. verfügbar, ein späterer Einzug (spätestens 01.09.2023) ist jedoch auch möglich.
