Suche ein 1-Zimmer Wohnung für April bis Ende Juni

Ich bin eine italienische Doktorandin und werde für drei Monate (von April bis Ende Juni) am Neuroimaging Center (NIC) mein Forschungsaufenthalt im Ausland verbringen.
Ich suche eine Wohnung mit einem Zimmer oder ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft (maximal 3 Mitbewohner), möglichst in der Nähe des Universitätsmedizinischen Zentrums.

Ich habe ein monatliches Doktorandenstipendium und kann daher pünktliche Mietzahlungen garantieren.
Ich suche eine Wohnung für maximal 550/600 Euro (inklusive Nebenkosten) oder ein Zimmer in einer Wohngemeinschaft für 450/500 Euro (inklusive Nebenkosten) .

Ich habe grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse und spreche fließend Englisch, Italienisch und Serbisch.
Ich werde hauptsächlich nach der Arbeit zu Hause sein, da ich tagsüber im Universitätsmedizinischen Zentrum beschäftigt sein werde.
Ich suche einen ruhigen Ort, ich bin Nichtraucherin, koche gerne und zeichne in meiner Freizeit.

I will mainly be at home after work, as I will be engaged at the University Medical Center during the day.
I am looking for a quiet place; I am a non-smoker, I enjoy cooking, and I like drawing in my free time.
