Looking for room

Hi. I am a simple and friendly person. I don't smoke or drink. Cook once a week. Currently doing Ausbildung in Käfertal, Mannheim 68309. I receive salary from Ausbildung, so rent will be paid on time. I am looking for a long-term 1 room apartment with all basic amenities like kitchen, fridge and other furniture. If I like the room, I can stay for three years or even more. I am not interested in short-term rentals. I need Anmeldung, registration of the apartment. My company is in Käfertal so I'm looking for a room close to that district. Please note, I need 1 room apartment where I live by myself, NOT shared apartment with other tenant. My maximum total budget is 500 per month including all utilities, electricity, water, heating, internet and all other additional expenses. Thank you.
