Gemütliches, möbliertes Apartment in einer ruhigen, aber gut erreichbaren Gegend: zu Fuß braucht man ca. 25 Minuten zur Elisabethkirche, es gibt zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe (Brunnenstr. und Unterer Eichweg, Buslinien 5, 14, 20 sowie morgens und nachmittags die 15).
Der Mietpreis ist inklusive Wasser, Strom und Gas.
Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Eingang, davor liegt ein ruhiger Gartenabschnitt. Sowohl das Bad als auch die Küche haben ein Fenster, im Bad gibt es auch eine Lüftung. Es gibt einen separaten Waschraum (Benutzung der Waschmaschine gegen einen geringen Betrag).
Das voraussichtliche Einzugsdatum ist Anfang August, aber eventuell wird die Wohnung früher verfügbar sein, wenn alles wie geplant renoviert werden kann. Im Idealfall sollte der/die MieterIn die Absicht haben, die Wohnung für mindestens zwei Jahre zu mieten.

Furnished single/room apartment with garden in Marbach
Comfortable furnished apartment in a quiet but accessible neighborhood. it is a 25-minute walking distance to Elisabethkirche and near two bus stops (Brunnenstr. and Unterer Eichweg: Bus lines 5, 14, 20, as well as 15 in the mornings and afternoons).
Rent includes water, gas and electricity.
The apartment has a separate entrance and a quiet section of the garden. Both toilet and kitchen have windows. Toilet is also ventilated. There is a separate room for washing and drying (washing machine used with small free).
Probable move-in date would be beginning of August, but it might be available earlier if renovation is on schedule. Renter should ideally be planning to stay at least 2 years.
The room is perfect for graduate students and researchers at the university.
