Ruhiges Appartement in Uni-Nähe gleich am Englischen Garten

Da ich im Sommersemester 2012 ein Praktikum mache, möchte ich mein Ein-Zimmer-Appartement im Studentenwohnheim Johannes-Hanselmann-Haus untervermieten.

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und nahe am Grünen und trotzdem ist man nächster Nähe zur LMU, aber auch zu den Cafés und Bars in Schwabing und der Maxvorstadt. Die U-Bahn-Station Universität (U3, U6) und der Nachtbus ist gleich um die Ecke. So kommt man auch ohne Umsteigen zur TU in Garching.

Das Appartement besteht aus einem Flur, einem eigenem Bad mit Dusche und einem großen Zimmer mit Kochnische. Zusätzlich gibt es eine eigene Süd-Terrasse und einen Garten.

Ich würde meine Möbel (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Esstisch, Regale, Badschrank, Garderobe...), meinen 32"-Flachbild-Fernseher und, wenn gewünscht, Küchenutensilien drin lassen. Einen Backofen, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine gibt es im Gemeinschaftsraum.

In der Miete sind auch die Kosten für Internet, Heizung und Strom enthalten. Hinzukommen würde noch eine Kaution.

Das Wohnheim bitte zudem noch einen wöchentlichen Barabend oder auch andere Aktivitäten. Dennoch ist "Partylärm" sehr selten und wenn, nur sehr leise, zu hören.

Because I'm doing an internship the summer semester 2012 , I would like to to subrent my one bedroom apartment in the student dorm Johannes Hanselmann House.

The location is very quiet and close to the English Garden and nevertheless it's close to the LMU, but also to the cafes and bars in Schwabing and Maxvorstadt. The underground station University (U3, U6) (and the night bus) is just around the corner. So you can reach the TU in Garching without changing the subway.

The apartment consists of a hallway, a bathroom with shower and a large room with kitchenette. In addition, it has its own south-facing terrace and garden.

You can have my furniture (bed, wardrobe, desk, sofa, dining table, shelves, wardrobe ...), my 32" flat-screen TV and, if desired, kitchen utensils. There is an oven, a dishwasher and a laundry machine it in the common room.

The costs for internet, heating and electricity are included in the rent. Beside the rent you have to pay a deposit.

The dorm also offers an weekly bar-evening with cocktails, beer etc. or other activities. Nevertheless, "party noise" is very rare, and when, very quiet to hear.
