Bright Fully Furnished Student Apartment with Large Balcony, Beautiful Views & Excellent Amenities! (Available from December 2024)

Hello :)
The apartment is on the 7th floor (top most floor) of the student apartment Südwink with a large balcony facing South West. So a lot of pretty sunsets 🌅 and if you step out to the balcony you have a view of the Alps 🏔️.

About furniture: There is a large desk with two small tables on the sides and an additional table (could be used as a dining table) and two chairs . There is a single bed, two large cupboards for storage (one - as seen in the bedroom and the other for jackets and such). The kitchen area has a two plate induction stove and a refrigerator with freezer.

Additionally there is also a storage area in the basement. There are washing machines and dryers in the basement that you can use by installing an app.

The building also has a common room that can be used by all freely and a separate party room that can be booked to celebrate special occasions.

Regarding shopping for groceries: REWE is in the same building can be accessible by the same lift! Netto is 2 mins, Lidl and DM about 5 mins away all by walk. The U-Bahn station Machtlfinger Str. is about 6-7 mins away by walk. Also, there is a McFit close by.

Currently, I pay warm 770€/Month all inclusive (heating, water, electricity and internet). Prerequisite for renting is that you need to be a student. It’s an unlimited contract (as long as you are a student) and city registration is possible. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions :)
