Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt: Eine Minute von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Obersendling und 6 Minuten von der S-Bahn Siemenswerke entfernt. In 10 Minuten ist man mit der U-Bahn in der Innenstadt oder zu Fuß an der Isar. Die Wohnung ist etwa 30qm groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Südbalkon zeigt zu einem großen Innenhof und nachts ist es vollkommen still.

I'm offering my cozy 30 sqm studio for a 3-month sublet from Dec 1 2024 until Feb 28 2025. The apartment has to be rented for the full 3-month period. The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood in the South of Munich, just 10 minutes from the city center and a few minutes from the beautiful Flaucher riverside area. The subway and bus stop Obersendling is just a one-minute walk from the apartment. The studio has a balcony and is fully equipped. The area is completely silent at night.
