-Laundry is across the street it costs 9 euros.
-Restaurants and bars in the area: Diamond Dogs, Bar Dalia, Vite Vinosteria.

Apartment
Its located in the fifh floor, you’ll have to go up the stairs(no elevator)

Living Room
-I live in the living room and have my own space with a divisor.
-Rest of the living room is fully furnished and have couches and table.

Kitchen

-Kitchen is shared, you can use it as much as you want.
-Kitchen has a drawer for you to put your things.
-Forks, Spoons are not shared you’ll have to bring your own.
-You would get the bottom half of the fridge.
-Sink will sometimes be a bit messy, like food crumbs, I’m looking for someone who is ok with this.

Bathroom
-Bathroom is shared.
-Bathroom has toilet,
-Bathroom has cleaning utensils you can use(sponges..etc)
-You need to bring your own towels
-You would need to bring your own toilet paper as well.

Large Private Room
-Large Room.
-Fully furnished comes with Queen sized bed.
-Fully furnished comes with big window.
-Fully furnished comes with big desk.
-Fully furnished comes with carpets(that must be in place since floor is thin and is required to avoid noise complains)
-Private Closet for all your clothes, shoes and bags.

Roommate interaction

-Relax about cleaning, a cleaning lady comes twice its included in the Utilities fee. However, I dont enjoy cleaning sometimes theyll be food crumbs in the ktichen, or hairs in the bathroom. I want a roommate who is ok with this and wont make a big deal.
-No cleaning arguments, I want a roommate who is laidback and not looking to get into “cleaning arguments.”
-Student, looking for someone who is coming to NY to be a student. This is flexible if you are here for an intership it can also work.
-No talk about my living room space. Looking for someone who only cares about their room. I don’t want to be “pressuring” me to buy a large divisor for my space…etc

Roommate behaviour(Week)
-Independent
-Mostly does their own thing(work/study).
-Comes to room to sleep.
-Doesn’t bring guests(the neigbhors don’t like guests, especially during the week)
-Doesn’t start meaningles arguments on cleaning.

Room behaviour(Weekend)
-Wants to hang out.
-We can go to a Rock Concert.
-Or Cinema.
-Or Sushi.

Guest(Weekends)

-Guests are allowed but depends on the guests(I strongly prefer single people.)
-Good Guest(Female looking for fun): For instance, if its its you, myself and your female friend who wants to go to a concert, then yes that type of guest is welcome and come often.
-Bad Guest(Boyfriend): If its your Bf who wants to stay over and eat my food, then NO thats not the type of guest thats allowed. In fact, i don’t rent to couples so don’t apply if you are one.
-Would strongly prefer single people to apply.
