Student looking for a room in an apartment

My name is Ana and I am 34 years old and a Software engineer.
I am a quiet, non-smoking ,tidy and responsible person. I like to cook and quite friendly with people.
I will be studying computer science (MSc program) at the University of Paderborn in early April . Since I am new in the city, I am looking for a quiet and comfortable room.
Cleanliness and privacy are important to me, as is open communication so that everyone feels comfortable. I really value respectful interaction and helpfulness among each other. It's also important to me that everyone has the opportunity to withdraw sometimes. I'm not looking for a practical shared apartment, but a home where we can get along well and do things together.
