It is a single room apartment in a renovated building with the location in Weiherstraße in the city centre. The apartment has a large room, a medium-sized kitchen, a small bathroom with shower cubicle and in the entrance area a small hallway.
The apartment will be available for rent from the 1st of April 2025. The rent costs 650€ for a month. The rent includes electricity and Internet. The rental is for a minimum of six months and can be extended further.
The room is equipped with a table and office-wheel chair, a huge cupboard for all clothes, a small three-door cabinet for accessories, a sofa/bed and a king size bed with mattress.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, two electric stoves, a microwave oven, a backofen and a top load washing machine. Also few kitchen utensils available (Indian style).
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, a toilet and a washbasin.
The small hallway has a shoe cupboard.
Smoking in the house is not allowed.
The apartment is centrally located only 1 minute from the Turn Platz bus stop (2, 11, 743 and 744). The city centre is only a 5-minute walk away. Through the bus connection, you are everywhere in the inner ring in about 3 minutes.
There are in the immediate vicinity all conceivable supermarkets (Penny, Müller, Nahkauf, Rewe ToGo), several bakeries, Hans im Glück, Pizzeria, McFit and the Pforzheim weekly market opposite to the apartment (on all Wednesdays and Saturdays).
The location is ideal because you are away from any street noise and etc. and still only a few minutes to the trendy clubs in need.
The Pforzheim Stadtgarten is near to the apartment, which is just perfect for cycling and jogging.
The deposit is in the amount of €700 to secure all claims from the sublease.
The house is neatly maintained. You are liable for any damages incurred during your stay. You undertake to hand over the apartment in a clean and safe state while leaving.
