Da ich mich beruflich umorientiert habe, werde ich meine Wohnung leider auflösen müssen. Daher suche ich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n NachmieterIn für meine Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, man kann sich jedoch gemütlich einrichten. Eine feste Küche ist nicht installiert, ich habe mir allerdings mit einer Spüle, E-Platten, seperatem Minibackofen sowie Kühlschrank beholfen. Nach Abspache könnte ich einen Teil meiner Möbel dort lassen.
Zur Wohnung kann für 20,00 € ein Stellplatz dazugemietet werden.
Das Beste an der Wohnung ist die zentrale Lage. Es liegt im Herzen Rottweils, ist aber dennoch ruhig. Bis in die Stadt sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß, zum nächsten Supermarkt etwa 5 Minuten.
