Roughly a 10 minute walk into the old town/associated shops. For students - approximately a 10 minute ride to TUM campus Straubing.

In 5 Minuten können Sie an der Donau entlang laufen. In die Altstadt/zugehörige Geschäfte sind es ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Für Studenten: ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt zum TUM-Campus Straubing.

This apartment is located above the landlady. She is really lovely and I've never had any issues with her. I'm moving in with my partner so have offered to help her find someone new.

This apartment is only available for rent by women. Ideally, it will be rented to students, trainees and doctoral candidates. It would be best if you spoke A2 German at a minimum so you can communicate with the landlady. She is very patient in regards to any language barriers.




Diese Wohnung befindet sich über der Vermieterin. Sie ist wirklich nett und ich hatte noch nie Probleme mit ihr. Ich ziehe mit meiner Partnerin zusammen und habe ihr angeboten, ihr bei der Suche nach einer neuen Person zu helfen.

Diese Wohnung steht nur Frauen zur Verfügung. Idealerweise wird sie an Studentinnen, Referendar*innen und Doktorandinnen vermietet. Am besten sprichst du mindestens A2 Deutsch, damit du mit der Vermieterin kommunizieren kannst. Sie ist sehr geduldig, was etwaige Sprachbarrieren angeht.
