The apartment is in the student residence which implies that only students live there. The kitchen is seperate and relatively big. The apartment is on the 2nd floor but you can use the elevator at anytime.
Important note: In case you decide to look up the same student residence on the internet (about 550€), don’t be confused about the price. I pay noticably less because I moved in almost 2 years ago and hence, they are not allowed to raise the rent once moved in, my rent is considerably lower 505€ which implies that you also pay less.
The Uni is 5 minutes away by walk, the location is really convenient.
Just text me if you find the room appealing to rent. All the furniture will be already there (even a piano). I will be going to an exchange semester so I will be away from mid of August till May. The price I offer is just what I have to pay myself so I wont earn anything by it.
