meine schöne Wohnung im Stuttgarter Westen ist vom 14.April bis 13.Juni frei.
Nach Absprache wäre auch ein kürzerer Zeitraum möglich.
Die Wohnung hat ein Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche (mit Dusche und Waschmaschine ) und Toilette.
Da es sich nur um eine kurze Untermiete handelt, lasse ich die meisten Sachen in der Wohnung und stelle Bettzeug und Handtücher zur Verfügung und du kannst alles benutzen was du findest und brauchst.

The flat has a living room, bedroom, kitchen (with shower and washing machine) and toilet.
As it is only a short sublet, I will leave most of the things in the flat and provide bedding and towels and you can use everything you find and need.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Westen von Stuttgart , 5 oder 6 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn Station Schwabstraße und der U-Bahn Station Arnt-Spitter-Straße.
Es gibt viele Cafes in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Edeka bis Penny und Rewe.
Die Wohnung ist 5. Stock (als ich das letzte Mal gezählt habe waren es 100 Treppen), hat dafür aber eine wunderschöne Aussicht.
bei Bedarf stelle ich gerne auch mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung.
The flat is located in the west of Stuttgart, 5 or 6 minutes walk from the S-Bahn station Schwabstraße and the underground station Arnt-Spitter-Straße.
There are many cafes nearby and shopping facilities from Edeka to Penny and Rewe.
The flat is on the 5th floor (last time I counted it was 100 stairs) but has a beautiful view.
