Hallo zusammen!
ab dem 1 Juli wartet auf dich ein gemütliches Zimmer in Kreuzlingen.
Das Zimmer ist in einem Altbau. Es ist ca. 8 Gehminuten von Hbf-Konstanz und wenige Schritte vom Hafen-Bahnhof Kreuzlingen entfernt.
Momentatn leben hier: Timo (Student, Maschinenbau), Chris (Berufstätig, IT) und Marina (macht von allem ein bischen). Es ist keine Zweck-WG, wir Kochen manchmal zusammen oder unternehmen etwas gemeinsam.

Wohnung, Zimmer und Umgebung:
1) Die Wohnung ist recht groß, es gibt 2 Bäder, eine große Küche incl. Essbereich und eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine/Trockner
2) Hinter dem Haus kann gegrillt werden (WG-Grill ist vorhanden)
3) Kostenloser Parkplatz und Fahrrad-Stellplätze sind verfügbar
4) Internet ist inklusive
5) Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt neben dem Haus und kann mit dem Studi-Ticket benutzt werden.

Bei Interresse:
1) Miete: 430 Chf
2) Kaution: 450 € (oder Franken entsprechen wechselkurs)
3) Zimmer ist möbeliert. Die Möbel habe ich vor rund einem halben Jahr gekauft und könnten für 250 Euro übernommen werden. Das Betrift alle Möbel auf den Bildern.

Dear all!
Since Jule 1 there is a snug, cosy room waiting for you in Kreuzlingen.
It is situated in an old-fashioned house placed just 7-8 minutes on foot from Konstanz Bahnhof, few seconds from Kreuzlingen Hafen Bahnhof, with a lake and the main park around. People who are living here as well are: Timo (student of mechanical engineering), Chris (IT company employee) and Marina (who does everything). There are so sociable, we do like to spend time together cooking, playing games or for example next weekend we are organizing our own flea market.

Some basic information about this room and neighbourhood:
1) it is quite large and the floor contains 2 bathrooms, kitchen connected with living room, laundry room with washing machine and dryers
2) behind the house there is also some space to have bbq (with equipment) or just chill out
3) free space to hold your car and bike safely
4) of course we do have the Internet for free
5) cause I used to work and study at the Uni Konstanz I can assure you that connection to any place in Konstanz or Kreuzlingen is so easy (including bus - the stop is just next to this house).

If u are interested:
1) the rent per month amounts 430 swiss franks
2) deposit amounts 450 euros (or franks however the currency rate will look like that days)
and last, but not least:
this room has furniture I've bought by myself. Because I am going to my country back I cannot take them with me (car has some limitations). SO it up to you: or you would like to also buy them and it all will be yours till the end of your days (for.... let's say 250 euros) or I will just sell them before you move in - but in that case the room will be quite empty. Basically everything you can see on that pictures below is considered as things for sale (except books and some private rubbish of course).
