hallo, mein name ist jesaja (24, he/him). ich vermiete wegen eines erasmus-aufenthalts meine kleine, aber feine wohnung am reiterhofferpark im 15. bezirk. sie ist folgendermaßen aufgeteilt: vorzimmer, küche, bad mit wc, wohn-/schlafzimmer.

die wohnung liegt südwestseitig und bekommt daher viel sonnenlicht. momentan kann man am frühen nachmittag auf der couch in der sonne sitzen :))). im sommer werden die bäume vor den fenstern blätter tragen, sodass es sich nicht so stark aufheizt wie in reinen betonschluchten.
+ am platz gibt es eine art wiener späti mit guter auswahl, geöffnet mo-so von 10:00-22:00.

durch die lage an einem platz und die wenigen parallelstraßen ist die umgebung sehr ruhig, auch weil die wohnung außerhalb des gürtels liegt. trotzdem ist man in unmittelbarer nähe zum westbahnhof sowie zum 6. und 7. bezirk. dank u3 und u6 kommt man schnell in fast ganz wien.

ich bin erst vor kurzem eingezogen und habe die wohnung davor teilrenoviert. die küche habe ich mit meinem onkel neu gebaut. deshalb ist es mir besonders wichtig, dass die person, die hier während meiner abwesenheit wohnt, sorgsam mit der wohnung umgeht und ein vertrauensverhältnis bestehen kann.
