A partir del 1 de abril, hay un apartamento de 1 habitación muy agradable disponible para una estancia máxima de seis meses hasta finales de septiembre de 2025. Está situado en el distrito 14. en Kendlerstraße.

El apartamento está en la primera planta y todas las ventanas están hacia el patio. No hay ruido de la calle.
El apartamento está totalmente amueblado con una cama de 1,40, un gran armario, un sofá-cama y una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas. La cocina está totalmente equipada (incluyendo lavavajillas). También hay un cuarto de baño con bañera un lavabo y una lavadora y un aseo separado.

No se permite fumar.

El alquiler es de 1200€ por mes (incluyendo Betriebskosten, calefacción y electricidad)
y el depósito es de 2 meses de alquiler, que va a volver al final de todo está bien.

From April 1st onwards there is a beatiful 1-bedroom apartment available for a maximum stay of six months until the end of September 2025. It is located in the 14. district in Kendlerstraße.

The apartment is on the 1st floor and all the windows are towards the patio. There's no noise from the street.
The apartment is fully furnished with a 1,40 bed, a large wardrobe, a pull-out couch and a dining table including 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (including dishwasher). There's also a bathroom with a bathtub a sink and a washing machine and a seperate toilet.

No smoking allowed .

The rent is 1200€ per month ( including Betriebskosten, heating and electricity)
and the deposit is 2 months rent, which you will get back in the end of everything is fine.
