Apartment or flat for 1 room with kitchen and living room

Hello, my name is Sophia and I will be coming to Wismar from Vancouver, Canada. I am looking for an apartment/flat for 1 person as first preference. I would also not mind sharing a place with someone else. I speak English and Spanish fluently, and can carry a conversation in Italian. I am clean and organized, I do not smoke, and always like to keep my kitchen and bathroom neat as well. I am an architecture student and whenever I am not busy working on assignments, I like to engage in outdoor activities or play my guitar. I have already had the experience of living abroad in Italy and shared a flat with two roommates. I like to cook for my roommates and guests, I pay my rent on time and make sure to take care of the apartment's amenities. I have never had noise complaints from neighbors and if I were to share a flat, I would appreciate to live with someone who is respectful and clean.
