Das Zimmer ist 24m² groß, gut geschnitten, hat zwei große Fenster und Holzdielen. Die Fenster sind zur Straße gelegen. Abgesehen vom Verkehr handelt es sich allgemein um eine eher ruhige Gegend.
Es gibt eine große, moderne Wohnküche mit genügend Platz für Gäste und gemeinsames Sitzen.
Das Bad hat ein Fenster und ist mit Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet.
A 24m² room with a good layout, wooden floor and two high windows to the street - there is traffic, but it's generally a relatively peaceful area.
The apartment includes a bathroom with a window, a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen is quite big and modern with plenty of communal/living space.
Die U6 und Busse sind in weniger als 5min Fußweg erreichbar. In ca. 15 min erreicht man mit der U-Bahn die S+U Friedrichstraße. Das Tempelhofer Feld liegt weniger als 5 Fahrradminuten entfernt. Zur Ringbahn is es nur eine Station. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants in der Nähe.
Public transport (U6, buses) are in a 5min reach. It's only one station to get to S41/S42 and about 15 min to S+U Friedrichstraße. There are a few restaurants nearby and there's a huge park (Tempelhofer Feld) less than 5min by bike away.
Ein neue/r Mitbewohner/in für eine 2er-WG mit viel Platz wird gesucht für entspanntes und unterhaltsames Zusammenleben. :) Ich habe viele Jahre in WGs gelebt und hätte Lust auf ein entspanntes, ungezwungenes Miteinander, gerne auch mit ein paar interessanten Gesprächen ab und zu in der Küche. Gemeinsames Kochen und Aktivitäten ab und zu wären sicher schön, aber kein Muss. Insgesamt soll das gemeinsam Wohnen schon Spaß machen.
Ich selbst bin im Allgemeinen unkompliziert, aber verantwortungsbewusst, rücksichtsvoll, halte meine Umgebung hinreichend sauber. Idealerweise tickst du ähnlich ;)
Looking for a flatmate for this spacious 2 person flatsh.are. I have lived in flatshares for quite some years and would be happy about a relaxed dynamic. An interesting and fun conversation in the kitchen once in a while would be lovely. I wouldn't mind cooking or hanging out from time to time, if we get along well. But it's not a must.
I'm easy-going, considerate of others' needs and responsible, keep my living space clean. Ideally, you're similar in that way. :)
