Mi pequeño apartamento de una habitación está buscando un arrendatario intermedio durante 3 meses desde el 1er. Julio 2025 hasta el 30 de septiembre 2025. ¡No hay registro posible!
El alquiler es de 625€ por mes incl. gastos de electricidad, agua y calefacción. 1 mes de depósito + depósito clave de 250€ a 3 meses. El depósito se cargará con los últimos alquileres en septiembre y el dinero clave de 250€ se devolverá en efectivo a la entrega del apartamento. ¡Un seguro para el alquiler es obligatorio!
Alquilo mi apartamento, así que no hay registro posible. Los estudiantes de intercambio de Asia son bienvenidos, ya hay algunos estudiantes asiáticos que viven en el edificio.
El estudio está completamente amueblado. Tiene un baño moderno y una pequeña cocina con microondas y placa eléctrica. Mi equipo de cocina se puede utilizar. La recepción 4G/5G es muy buena para que pueda utilizar su teléfono para Internet, o simplemente pregunte a un vecino si comparte su Wi-Fi por €15 (Yo también lo hago).
El apartamento es pequeño, situado en una zona muy segura y próspera y es muy tranquilo. Es amiga de la mujer, y puedes salir con seguridad en cualquier momento del día y la noche. No hay gente extraña viviendo en el complejo residencial o en las inmediaciones.
Casi vives en el campus de FU frente al edificio Pharmazie. Alrededor de 1km hay 3 Rewe, un Edeka y un Lidl. X83 y 101 mantienen frente a la puerta, paran la plaza Queen Luise y los U3 y U9 + S1 son fácilmente accesibles a pie (o 2 parada de autobús). La terraza del castillo, la calle comercial principal del berliner South West está a sólo 2 estaciones de autobuses.
El estudio está orientado al noreste, para que tengas sol por la mañana y por la tarde.
No hay registro posible. Firmaremos un acuerdo oficial de alquiler y usted tendrá que presentar una tarjeta de identificación o pasaporte, así como una visa si usted no es ciudadano de la UE. Este es un apartamento acogedor, pero sólo se permite para 1 persona (sin amigos animales)! Hay lavadoras en el edificio y lavandería cerca.

Estarás viviendo prácticamente en el campus de FU, frente al edificio de Farmacia. En un radio de 1 km hay 5 tiendas de comestibles: 3 tiendas Rewe, un Edeka y un Lidl. Los autobuses X83 y 101 se detienen en el Queen Luise Platz Stop, y las líneas U3, U9, y S1 están a poca distancia (o 2 paradas de autobús).
El estudio se enfrenta al noreste, así que tienes luz solar por la mañana y sombra por la tarde.

Meine kleine Einzimmerwohnung sucht einen Zwischenmieter für 3 Monate vom 1. Juli 2025 bis zum 30. September 2025. Keine Anmeldung möglich!
Miete ist 625€ pro Monat incl. Stromkosten, Wasser- und Heizkosten. 1 Monat Kaution + Schlüsselgeld von 250€ bei 3 Monaten. Die Kaution wird mit der letzten Mieten im September verrechnet und das Schlüsselgeld von 250€ wird bei Übergabe der Wohnung in bar erstattet. Eine Hausratsversicherung bei Anmietung ist Pflicht!
Ich vermiete meine Wohnung unter, daher ist KEINE Anmeldung möglich. Austauschstudenten aus Asien sind willkommen, es wohnen bereits einige asiatische Studenten im Gebäude.
Das Studio ist voll möbliert. Es hat ein modernes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Mikrowelle und Elektrokochfeld. Meine Küchenausstattung darf gerne genutzt werden. Der 4G/5G-Empfang ist sehr gut, sodass du dein Handy für das Internet verwenden kannst, oder du fragst einfach einen Nachbarn, ob er sein WLAN für 15 € teilt (das mache ich auch so).
Die Wohnung ist klein, liegt in einer sehr sicheren und wohlhabenden Gegend und ist sehr ruhig. Sie ist frauenfreundlich, und du kannst zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit sicher draußen unterwegs sein. Es leben keine komischen Leute in der Wohnanlage oder in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

Keine Anmeldung möglich. Wir werden einen offiziellen Untermietvertrag unterschreiben, und du musst einen Personalausweis oder Reisepass sowie ein Visum vorlegen, falls du kein EU-Bürger bist. Dies ist eine gemütliche Wohnung, aber sie ist nur für 1 Person (keine tierischen Freunde erlaubt)! Es gibt Waschmaschinen im Gebäude und Wäschereien in der Nähe.

I'm doing a study year abroad and subletting my small studio apartment for 3 months from July 1st, 2025 until September 30th, 2025 (extension possible).
The rent is 675€ per month, which includes electricity, water, and heating costs. A deposit of 1months' rent + a key deposit of 250€. The deposit will be applied toward the last months' rent, and the 250€ key deposit will be refunded in cash upon the return of the keys. Having household insurance is mandatory.
I sublet my apartment, so NO registration (Anmeldung) is possible. Exchange students from Asia are welcome, and there are already some Asian students living in the building.
The studio is fully furnished. It has a modern bathroom and a small kitchen area with a microwave and an electric cooktop. You are welcome to use my kitchen supplies. The 4G/5G reception is very good, so you can use your phone for internet, or simply ask a neighbor to share their Wi-Fi for 15€ (I do that too).
The apartment is small, located in a very safe and affluent neighborhood, and very quiet. It is women-friendly, and you can walk safely outside at any time of the day. ( no shady people live in the building or in the neighborhood )
You will be living practically on the FU campus, across from the Pharmacy building. Within a 1 km radius, there are 5 grocery stores: 3 Rewe stores, an Edeka, and a Lidl. The X83 and 101 buses stop right outside at the Königin Luise Platz Stop, and the U3, U9, and S1 lines are within walking distance (or 2 bus stops away).
The studio faces northeast, so you get sunlight in the morning and shade in the afternoon.
NO registration possible. We will sign an official sublease contract, and you must provide a national ID or passport, as well as a visa if you are not an EU citizen. This is a cozy apartment, but it is for only 1 person (no pets allowed)! There are washing machines in the building and laundromats nearby.

Usted vivirá directamente en el FU Berlin Campus, el edificio está lleno de estudiantes, pero el estudio está en la parte más tranquila del edificio. Es tranquilo, muy seguro y tranquilo aquí con transporte público (día/noche), 2 estaciones de autobuses a 50 metros del edificio, U Bahn a 900 metros, y Sbahn a solo 1,5 km o 3 estaciones de autobuses. Hay 5 supermercados a menos de 1 km y una de las principales calles comerciales de Berlín está a 1,5 km.
Dahlem es uno de los distritos más verdes de Berlín, tiene el mejor aire, los parques más verdes e incluso lagos cercanos donde se puede nadar (Krumme Lanke o Nikolassee) mientras todavía está muy cerca de la ciudad oeste. Para llegar a los distritos más hippestosos, vaya directamente a Kreuzberg o 35min a Friedrichshain.

You will live directly on the FU Berlin Campus, the building is full of students but the studio is in the quieter part of the building. It's quiet, very safe, and peaceful here with public transport (day/night), 2 bus stations 50m from the building, U Bahn just 900m, and Sbahn just 1.5km or 3 bus stations away. There are 5 Supermarkets less than 1km away and one of the main Berlin shopping streets is 1.5km away.
Dahlem is one of the greenest districts of Berlin, you have the best air, the greenest parks and even lakes nearby where you can swim (Krumme Lanke or Nikolassee) while still being very close to the city west. To reach the hippest districts just hop on the Ubahn and go directly in 25min to Kreuzberg or 35min to Friedrichshain.
Este edificio no es un dormitorio y está abierto a todos, por lo tanto no hay reglas específicas de la casa ni nada. Puedes traer a tus amigos y mientras no seas demasiado ruidoso a nadie le importará.
Tendrás plena privacidad y nadie hará preguntas ni nada. Tendrás acceso completo al edificio las 24 horas del día y puedes venir e ir como quieras. El apartamento es muy tranquilo, los vecinos son muy amistosos si usted tiene una pregunta que siempre puede hacer pero por lo general todo el mundo sólo se preocupa por su propio negocio.
This building is not a dorm and is open to everyone, hence there are no specific house rules or whatsoever. You can bring your friends and as long as you're not too noisy nobody will care.
You will have full privacy and nobody will ask any questions or whatsoever. You will have full access to the building 24hours a day and can come and go as you please. The apartment is very quiet, the neighbors are very friendly if you have a question you can always ask but usually everyone just cares only about their own business.
