The room is quite big and spacious. The bed , study table and chair and wardrobe are included for free. I will leave a carpet behind for free as well. Besides that there is plenty of space for 2 large sofa, a coffee table, a mini fridge, you can get as creative as you want.
The room has excellent floor heating.
Its cool in summer and cozy in winter.
The location is in Bremen Blumenthal. Its pretty quiet and chill. If you want to get away from the humdrum of the city, it is perfect. There's Watjens Park which is also a natural sanctuary 5 minutes away and the a open park near Weser River also 5-6 mins away in another direction. The greenery is luscious.
Also, the public transport ie bus station and the train station are together and only 3 minutes of walking distance away.
Everyone is a student and are pretty relaxed. The kitchen is pretty large well equipped and there are 2 bathrooms. One large with a tub and a shower and another smaller. You'll get your own set of cupboards and space to put your stuff and a compartment in the fridge as well. There's washing machine for doing laundry as well.
