Berufstätiger suche freundliche WG ab Mitte Oktober / 01. November (flexibel)

Hallo zusammen,
ich bin 28 Jahre alt und suche eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung / eine Wohnung zur Untermiete für kürzere Zeit oder eine WG. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Hamburg, habe aber die meiste Zeit meines Lebens in London verbracht. Beruflich arbeite ich in der Wirtschaftsprüfung/Finanz in München und suche eine Unterkunft da mein vorhiger Mietvertrag zu Ende kam.

Mein Budget liegt bei 1.300€ warm (flexibel bis 1.500€). Ich suche eine Wohnung, die relativ zentral gelegen ist. Mein bevorzugtes Einzugsdatum ist Mitte Oktober, bin aber auch bereit Ende des Monats einzuziehen/anfang November.

I’m 28 year old and looking for a 2 room apartment, a short term (sub-)let or a shared accomodation (WG). I’m originally from Hamburg but have lived the majority of my life in London. Professionally I work in audit and finance in Munich and am looking for a new place since my old tenancy came to an end. I haven't made up my mind between a WG or an apartment given the current difficulty in finding a 2/3 room apartment for a reasonable price - hence open to a shared WG with other professionals or such.
