Schöne Ökologisch sanierte Altbauwohnung

Die Wohnung ist schon etwas besonderes, worauf sogar im Präambel des Mietvertrags hingewiesen wird:
"Das Haus eine Gründerzeitvilla, die um die Jahrhundertwende erbaut wurde. [...] Es ist eines der wenigen Häuser an der Coerdestraße, die den Krieg ohne größere Kriegsschäden überstanden haben. Durch die Vermieterin wurde das Haus in 2007/2008 bis ins Detail originalgetreu mit historischen und natürlichen Materialien saniert und restauriert." Konkret bedeutet dies beispielsweise Dielenboden, ein angenehmes Raumklima, giftstofffreie Baumaterialien etc.
Meine Mitbewoherin und ich haben gern in der Wohnung gelebt, werden aber wegen Uniwechsel in eine andere Stadt ziehen und suchen deshalb Nachmieter. Wir hoffen das unsere Nachmieter diese Wohnung auch so schön finde und davon auch sehr geniessen.
Ausgestattet ist die Dachgeschosswohnung mit zwei geräumigen Schlafzimmern, einer großen Küche und einem Bad, das beim Toilettengang einen Blick in der Himmel erlaubt. :) Siehe Photos - Inklusive Grundriss. Von der Küche aus sieht und hört man einen Kirchturm. Die Wohnung ist gut für WGs geeignet oder für eine andere Zweck.

This apartment is to put it simply lovely. In the preamble of the renting agreement the description included: “The House at No.37 Coerdestraße is a turn of the century villa that was built in the 1920s… It is one of the few houses on Coerdestraße that survived the War without much damage at all. In 2007/2008 the landlord painstakingly renovated the whole building, true to the historical context with natural and ecological materials used in the renovation and restoration.” So this includes the floorboards, the pleasant indoor climate and the toxic free building materials etc
My friend and I have really enjoyed living in this apartment however, we will be moving to another city for our university studies and therefore we are looking for someone else who can really make the most of this spacious apartment and enjoy as we have.
In this top floor apartment, we have two very spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen and a lovely bathroom. In the kitchen you can see a lovely clock tower which chimes and you can also check the time. It is really helpful.
This apartment is ideal for a WG but also lends itself for other purposes.
