Looking for housin near RWTH

I am a mechanical engineering student from Brazil. I've already completed 7 semesters of graduation and I work developing projects for big Brazilian companies. From the middle of March 2018 to March 2019 I am going to study in RWTH and work at Fraunhofer IPT, so I am looking for a place to live during this period. I've shared an apartment for more than 3 years with other students, so I could realize that I value cleanliness and a respectful environment (regarding to organization, noise, etc.). I really appreciate making new friends and helping other to achieve their objectives. I do not have problems speaking in English (C1) and my German is basic (A2), but I'm really looking forward to improve my German proficiency! Moreover, I like watching movies, playing games and practicing sports with my friends and I'm in a relationship for more than 4 years.
