Doctoral student searching for one room apartment in München

I am a doctoral student at the LMU looking for a one room apartment in the city of München and surroundings, starting from the 1st of January 2019. As a doctoral student I am totally focused in research stuff and I am looking for a quiet and comfortable space that I will take as my own home. I am a Colombian citizen, serious and responsible, and totally devoted to show the best of my culture as a Colombian and latin american citizen. You can be sure about my cordiality, seriousness, liability and friendliness. I always and constantly take care of any detail of order and cleanliness in the space where I am living, and I am not a friend of noise, disorder, or damages. I love the city of München and I am aware of how difficult is to find a place to live. I will definitively feel any space here as own, deserving all my care. I will be studying for three years, but any mid term chance is good for me now. I appreciate your interest and confidence.
