I am looking for two tenants for my wg in offenbach(near Frankfurt). for single, student or young people 20-30 years old. Hopping you can speak English with me.
🏡This is a wg with two rooms. The entire apartment is 56 square meters + an 8 square meters independent storage room + basement.
One room is 🏠520€(22㎡) and other is 🏠500(18㎡). Warm (including water, electricity, gas, internet). Both rooms have some furniture (including bed, wardrobe, table, chair, shelf, etc.) The kitchen contains washing machine, oven, refrigerator, induction cooker.
🚇This apartment is near the offenbach hbf, a 5-minute walk. It only takes 7-10 minutes to walk to hfg Offenbach and Markplatz S-bahn station. There are three supermarkets nearby. Located in the center of Offenbach. S-Bahn S1,S2,S8,S9. 10min to the center of Frankfurt.
I hope the room can be rented from 01.11.2020 or start from 15.11.2020. We can discuss long-term rent or short-term rent.
