Klein gemütliches Zimmer in der geilsten WG B)

Die Wohnung liegt relativ zentral und sehr nah zur Innenstadt. Man erreicht alles mit dem Rad aber auch zu Fuß! Direkt vor unserer Haustür befindet sich die Kammergasse, eine etwas größere Straße. Zur Innenstadt läufst du drei Minuten die Straße runter, zum Bahnhof 10 Minuten und zur Uni, je nach Gebäude zwischen 15 und 20 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad bist du überall noch schneller. Zum Einkaufen hast du verschiedene Möglichkeiten, sowohl in der Stadt als auch in Freising verteilt, je nach Ladenwunsch und auch alles mit dem Rad erreichbar :) Wenn du in Freising schnell in die Natur magst musst du auch nur 5 Minuten laufen und zum ersten See fährst du 10 Minuten Fahrrad.

The apartment is central in Freising and very close to the city center, with everything you need reachable by foot or by bike. Right outside the door is the Kammergasse, a relatively big street. To get to the city center you just walk three minutes; to the train station it takes 10. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the university area, depending on the building. Grocery shopping is also easy from our apartment. There are lots of shopping opportunities not just in the city center but also spread throughout Freising, where everything is very reachable by foot or bike :) If you want to take a walk in the woods or go swimming, you're only 10 minutes away from the nearest lake by bike, and 10 minutes away from the forests north of the city.

Wir sind eine bunte Mischung aus Studierenden der TUM und der HSWT. Yara (23, sie/ihr) studiert Molekularbiotechnologie, geht gerne spazieren, kocht gelegentlich und ist immer für einen Kaffee und ein Gespräch zu haben. Alfi (24, sie/ihr) studiert ebenfalls Molekularbiotechnologie, tanzt gerne und kocht gerne. Anna (24, sie/ihr) studiert Biologie und ist normalerweise offen für spontane Pläne, wenn sie Zeit hat. Lisa (22, sie/ihr) studiert Landschaftsarchitektur, kocht gerne und ist gerne draußen. Francisco (26, er/ihn) studiert Nachhaltiges Ressourcenmanagement, kocht auch gerne und steht für Gespräche zur Verfügung. In der WG sprechen wir Deutsch und Englisch.

We are a colorful mix of students from the TUM and the HSWT. Yara (23, she/her) studies molecular biotechnology and likes to go on walks, cooks occasionally and is always up to a coffee and chat. Alfi (24, they/them) also studies molecular biotechnology, dances all around and enjoys to cook. Anna (24, she/her) studies biology and is usually up for spontaneous plans when she has time. Lisa (22, she/her) studies Landscape Architecture, likes to cook and be outside. Francisco (26, he/him) studies Sustainable resource management and also likes to cook and is available for conversation. We speak German and English in the WG.

Unser WG-Leben ist harmonisch und findet hauptsächlich in unserer Küche statt. Früher haben wir oft zusammen gekocht, am Wochenende Brunches veranstaltet und andere Aktivitäten unternommen. Das hat sich jedoch in den letzten Monaten deutlich verringert. Wir hoffen, all das mit dem Einzug neuer Mitbewohnerin/ neues Mietbewohners wieder aufleben zu lassen und sogar noch mehr zu unternehmen. ;) Was ist deine Lieblingspasta? Bitte teile es uns in deiner Nachricht mit. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und die Aufrechterhaltung einer sauberen Umgebung sind uns besonders wichtig. Wir hoffen, dass du dich gut in unser WG-Leben integrieren kannst und Eigenständigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit mitbringst. Darüber hinaus ist es für uns wichtig, einen offenen Kommunikationskanal zu halten und jedem Mitbewohner Respekt entgegenzubringen. Wir suchen nur langfristige Mitbewohner, mindestens für ein Jahr. Wir freuen uns darauf, dich kennenzulernen!

Es kann eine Weile dauern, bis wir alle Nachrichten durchgehen. Die Besichtigungen sind für Ende März geplant und können auch online stattfinden, falls du es nicht nach Freising schaffen kannst. Idealerweise wäre das Einzugsdatum Anfang April. Leider sind Haustiere nicht erlaubt, wie es unser Vermieter vorschreibt. Wenn du weitere Fragen hast, lass es uns wissen <3

Our WG life is harmonious and takes place mainly in our kitchen. We used to cook together often, held brunches on the weekend and do other activities. Nevertheless, that has diminished significantly in the past months. We're hoping to bring all of that back and even more with more people moving in. Which is your favorite pasta? Please tell us in your message. Mutual consideration and maintaining a clean environment are especially important to us. We hope that you can integrate yourself into our WG life and bring independence and reliability. In addition is for us important to keep an open communication channel and to show respect to every person in the flat. We’re only looking for something long-term, at least a year. It might take us a while to go through all the messages. The viewings are scheduled for the end of March and can also take place online if you can't make it to Freising.
